The eroticize arrobicsfinal match of day two of DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca sees EnVyUs advance to the playoffs over Na`Vi, winning 16-9 on de_mirage.
Group D's best-of-one winners match paired the red-hot EnVyUs team with Eastern Europe's Natus Vincere.
EnVyUs wasted no time trying to seal victory with an aggressive T-pistol take which gave them a 3-0 lead following anti-ecos. Denis "?seized?" Kostin of Na`Vi applied himself to defending B site on the first gunround and managed to get three kills, which helped Na`Vi pick up their first round of the game.
EnVyUs only gave up two T rounds on their CT side of mirage
Na`Vi then won two crucial rounds, one that came down to a two-versus-two and then a one-versus-one, with Danylo "?Zeus?" Teslenko the saviour of the latter and Egor "?flamie?" Vasilyev winning the former to defuse the bomb.
The game proceeded in such a tit-for-tat fashion. With the score at 6-6, and both sides having traded blows while maneuvering across the map, seized picked up an ace with the AK-47 as a CT player. By the half's end, EnVyUs were up 8-7 after having played what is traditionally considered the more disadvantageous side of mirage.
Fabien "?kioShiMa?" Fiey dismantled Na`Vi on the second pistol round with pure USP headshots, eventually picking up a 4K on the round. This momentum allowed the Frenchmen to power forward, going up to 13-8 (with Na`Vi only garnering one round) until the Ukrainian-Russian-Slovak team was forced to call a pause.
However, said pause was to no avail as nV's massive leverage of skill simply overwhelmed Na`Vi and saw the Frenchmen advance to Cluj's playoffs with a 16-9 victory.
