Everyone wants a strong costume game for Halloween. While there are sure to be infinite stellar outfits this year, there will also be plenty at the other end of the spectrum — the kind that scare you for all the wrong reasons. The kind that will have hoards of crying children fleeing porches without a single Tootsie Roll at the sight of them.
