The Japan Restaurant Association of America’s Sushi & Sake Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 pm. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown, 120 S. Los Angeles St. (at Second Street) in Little Tokyo.
It will include a big tuna filleting show, sushi-eating contest, and performances on taiko and koto.
