Visual Communications will present Dance the Night Away on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. at Nishi Hongwanji Betsuin, 815 E. First St. in Little Tokyo.
This dance fundraiser will include live music by Music Company featuring Mariko and Howie, plus a new line dance with instructor Akimi. Poke and Chinese chicken salad for VIPS. Drink tickets available for the cash bar.
Proceeds will go to VC’s artist programs, such as the Armed with a Camera Fellowship, the Conference for Creative Content (C3), Digital Histories, VC Archives, and the annual Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival.
