Jingxiang "?Mercury?" Wang was the difference maker in Rare Atom's qualifying match against Lynn Vision.

Rare Atom are girls come video sexthe first team from ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference Asia to punch their ticket for the tournament in Malta. They did so in a hard-fought 2-1 against Lynn Vision after dropping IHC to the lower bracket on the first day of play.

Rare Atom's qualification came after the third map of a series which kicked off with either side taking their pick convincingly; Anubis went the way of the victors, 16-8, while Lynn Vision smashed their way to 16-4 on Vertigo. Mercury, who topped the board in his team's first map win, then put on a clinic on Overpass with 28 kills and an average 1.64 rating to power his team to a 16-12 victory.

Kaze and company will travel to Malta to compete in Pro League

The two remaining squads in the Asia qualifier now have one last chance to punch their ticket to the upcoming ESL Pro League in the final match of the three-team qualifier on Friday at 13:00 . In total there are still seven ESL Pro League up for grabs, one each in Europe, Oceania and Asia — where SAW, Eternal Fire, Grayhound and Rare Atom have already secured qualification —, as well as two each in North America and South America.

The newly extended ESL Pro League will run on February 22-March 26 and play host to 32 teams. The tournament's system has also been revamped from a round-robin group stage to double-elimination groups with a last chance bracket.
